Q. When does Gate City Alumni Chapter meet?
A. Chapter meetings are the fourth Tuesday of each month, September to June.

Q. How much are chapter dues?
A. General membership is $55/year. However, we have other categories of membership that
you can see on our membership page.

Q. Do I have to be a graduate of NC A&T State University to join?
A. Any person who completed at least one semester at NC A&T is considered alumni for the
purposes of joining an Alumni Chapter. We also have an associate membership category for
those who did not attend A&T but would like to become involved. There is more information on
our membership page.

Q. What are the chapter committees and how do I join one?
A. We have several committees where your talents can contribute to the chapter’s overall
success. Please take a look at them all on our committees page.

Q. What area does Gate City Alumni Chapter serve?
A. Gate City Alumni Chapter was chartered for alumni in Guilford County. However, we
welcome alumni from surrounding counties and occasionally have events in the surrounding
area.

Q. Does Gate City Alumni Chapter have a scholarship?
A. The Gate City Alumni Chapter Scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman who
graduated from a Guilford County high school each year.
